Singapore listed SingHaiyi Group is led by managing director Celine Tang and her husband, Chinese Tycoon, Gordon Tang. Together they owned Haiyi Holdings, the group’s controlling shareholder.
The capable management team also comprise of non-executive chairman Neil Bush, brother of former US president George Bush, Chief Financial Officer Gregory Sim and General Manager for property development Catherine Chang.
Driven by keen business acumen, successful management experience and well-executed business strategy that aims to deliver stable earnings and generating value to shareholders, the group has aggressively expanded its business to many segments in the property market and set up bases across Asia, US and Australia.
In property development, Singhaiyi has a strong foothold in the Singapore residential market through the en-bloc acquisitions of Sun Rosier, How Sun Park and Park West. Collectively, the group’s residential land-bank can yield more than 1,800 units.
The group is also looking to diversify into commercial properties and is actively involved in the refurbishment of the former Park Mall at Penang Road, Dhoby Ghaut.
It looks forward to improving it’s branding and industry recognition through an emphasis on product quality of their residential projects by having strong attributes and optimum layout planning.
